Unethical company that doesn’t care about their customers. Look for a different and reputable company. I ended up spending about 2 hours cleaning all the pet hair I paid someone to remove. A few weeks ago I got service for pet hair removal and a cleaning for my couch that’s only a year old. RJ assured me that the removal would clean off all the pet hair. However...is, the technician finished the job and when asked about the remaining hair, he said that it would take 5 hours of cleaning. Then he left. I have been major dander allergies. So we needed the couch cleaned of the dander and hair ASAP. But this was not fulfilled as promised. Texted RJ and showed pictures of all the hair left. He admitted that is SHOULD have done a better job. He offered to have is come back. But we could not have them return Because: 1. I had to inform my neighbors of this service 24 hours in advance. To let them know that the cleaning was taking place in my apartment hallway due to covid 2. Didn’t want to pull my couch back the hallway for their terrible job. 3. Get 48 hour notice of management approval. Plus, we were traveling for the holidays. So I asked for a partial refund. RJ would not discuss it. So I’m posting these pictures and this review. FIND A BETTER COMPANY folks!
